Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 quarts of your favorite Carvel ice cream flavors (e.g., vanilla, chocolate, and fudge)
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Colorful sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust

  • Crush the chocolate wafer cookies in a food processor until fine.
  • Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan lined with parchment paper. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Layer the Ice Cream

  • Soften the Carvel ice cream at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Spread one flavor evenly over the chilled crust, followed by a layer of hot fudge sauce.
  • Repeat with additional layers of ice cream and hot fudge until the pan is filled. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Finishing Touches

  • Once the cake is firm, remove it from the springform pan.
  • Spread a layer of whipped cream over the top and sides.
  • Decorate with colorful sprinkles for a festive touch.
