Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine strawberries, pineapple chunks, cucumber slices, and fresh mint leaves in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture to remove any pulp, resulting in a smooth liquid.
  • Add honey or agave syrup to the liquid and mix well.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher or individual glasses.
  • Pour the chilled Rusa drink over the ice and stir gently.
  • For an extra touch garnish with a mint sprig or a slice of cucumber.
