Ingredients

  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped meat, pepperoni, or ham
  • 11/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce for pizza pockets

Instructions

  • First, in a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, combine the flour, salt, and yeast by pulsing a few times.
  • Add olive oil and pulse now.
  • After that, turn the machine on and pour warm water into it as it is running.
  • Once the dough begins to separate away from the borders and form a ball, let the machine keep going.
  • The dough should then be placed in a greased bowl and covered to rise until it has doubled in size.
  • Grab up a handful of the dough when it's ready to use and roll each one into a circle the size of your hand.
  • After adding some pizza sauce, cheese, and meat, the dough circle needs to be folded over to form a half-circular.
  • Lastly, seal the hot pocket's sides and bake it on an empty baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
