Hungry Jack Waffle Recipe

The flavor and texture of waffles created with Hungry Jack WaffleMix are robust. The waffle sandwich is a nutritious, satisfying, and delectable breakfast option. It is great for the entire family, and we adore it so much.
When making waffles, always use vegetable oil or coconut oil instead of butter. Butter is not necessary. This will make the waffles crispier and give them a better feel. Heat the waffle iron for 5–10 minutes.

Ingredients

Waffles

  • 2 cups buttermilk pancake and waffle mix, such as Hungry Jack's
  • The Equivalent of One-Fourth Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 and a quarter cups of water
  • Spray for Nonstick Cooking Surfaces

Sandwich

  • Toasted eight pieces of sausage
  • About 8 medium-sized eggs
  • Use Hungry Jack Original Syrup
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a square waffle iron measuring 4 inches. To create waffles, prepare the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix pancake mix, water, egg, and oil in a bowl until lump-free.
  • Pour 1 cup of batter evenly over the heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat the procedure to create sixteen waffles.
  • In a large skillet, fry sausage patties until completely cooked for three to four minutes per side. Place the patties on a paper towel-lined dish at 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Break the yolk, turn the egg, and season with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place a waffle on a dish and top it with a sausage patty, an egg, and a second waffle to create a sandwich. Cut the sandwich on the diagonal and repeat the process to create eight sandwiches.
  • As a dipping sauce for the sandwiches, serve Hungry Jack Original Syrup and enjoy the morning.
