Almond Milk

Instructions
Heat Pan or Griddle
Apply coconut oil or nonstick spray to the pan. The cooking pan or griddle temperature should be 375 degrees F.
Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients using a whisk. Mix carefully. Batter lumps are fine. First-side pancakes should be dry. Flip and fry until golden.
Cook
For each pancake, add two tablespoons of batter on a hot griddle or pan. Use similar-sized ladle servings.
