Ingredients

  • 1 cup of short-grain rice
  • 2 cups of avocados
  • 2 shrimp 200 grams
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of nori seaweed sushi sheet
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce and chili garlic sauce
  • Japanese mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  • First, cook and wash the rice. Sushi rice should have short grains.
  • Get the shrimp clean. Olive oil should be brushed onto the grilling pan. Cook the shrimp on a grill pan while basting them with maple soy sauce.
  • Mix together 2 teaspoons of chili garlic sauce, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup of soy sauce for the sauce.
  • After the shrimp and rice have finished cooking, you can start rolling up your sushi. Place some rice on top of a sheet of seaweed.
  • Cover it in mayonnaise from Japan. Cover it with cucumber and avocado slices. Throw some prawns on top. Add oil and spring onions.
  • The seaweed sheet can be rolled gently using a rolling mat. Enjoy your sushi by slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
