Ingredients

  • Just frozen blueberries, apples, and almond milk are needed to preparethis smoothie (or any other milk).
  • Instead of frozen, you can use fresh blueberries. They make the smoothie colder and thicker than fresh blueberries
  • Almond milk is creamy, light, and low-calorie. You can use oat, cow,or coconut milk

Instructions

  • To make this smoothie, take the apples, remove the cores, and dice them. Add the frozen blueberries and milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Mix it up in a blender until it's nice and smooth. Some less powerful blenders may require you to stop the machine and manually press the fruit down with a spoon to get a silky-smooth consistency.
