Instead of frozen, you can use fresh blueberries. They make the smoothie colder and thicker than fresh blueberries
Almond milk is creamy, light, and low-calorie. You can use oat, cow,or coconut milk
Instructions
To make this smoothie, take the apples, remove the cores, and dice them. Add the frozen blueberries and milk. Blend until smooth.
Mix it up in a blender until it's nice and smooth. Some less powerful blenders may require you to stop the machine and manually press the fruit down with a spoon to get a silky-smooth consistency.
