Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of beef ground
  • Bread crumbs 3 tablespoons
  • Approximately 2 tablespoons of whipped cream
  • Tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • Black pepper (about 3/4 of a teaspoon)
  • One teaspoon of seasoned salt

Instructions

  • In an oven preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, prepare a loaf pan measuring 9 inches by 5 inches by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Put all of the components into a significant bowl.
  • Place the loaf in a loaf pan and top it with extra tomato sauce before placing it in the oven.
  • After preheating the oven, the bread loaf was baked for around half an hour with the loaf pan inside.
  • Take the meatloaf out of the oven and cut it into slices before serving.

Notes

Let the meatloaf rest: After removing the meatloaf from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute and make the meatloaf easier to slice.
