Backyard Burger Blackened Chicken Sandwich Recipe

A juicy, delicious chicken breast that has been expertly charred is featured in this sandwich. Then, crispy bacon, fresh tomato slices, and a cool, creamy avocado spread are placed on top of the chicken. This sandwich, which is served on toasted bread, will be well-liked by your visitors.

Ingredients

  • One chicken breast pressed flat
  • Paprika, one teaspoon
  • 1 tsp. of dried minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Half a teaspoon of cumin
  • Chile powder, half a teaspoon
  • A dash of salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2-tablespoons of oil or butter, cut in half
  • Four cheese slices (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
  • Finished cooking 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 serving of ripe avocado, mashed
  • Two or three slices of tomato
  • Leaves of lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the barbecue or grill pan by heating it to a medium-high temperature.
  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the other spices as well. Chicken breasts should be rubbed well.
  • Put some butter or olive oil in the pan. After adding the chicken, sauté it for two to three minutes on each side, or until it is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Place the cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves on a toasted Brioche bun, and then assemble the sandwich (if desired). Immediately serve after cooking.
