Ingredients
One chicken breast pressed flat
Paprika, one teaspoon
1 tsp. of dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Half a teaspoon of cumin
Chile powder, half a teaspoon
A dash of salt and pepper, to taste
2-tablespoons of oil or butter, cut in half
Four cheese slices (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
Finished cooking 4 slices of bacon
1 serving of ripe avocado, mashed
Two or three slices of tomato
Leaves of lettuce (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the barbecue or grill pan by heating it to a medium-high temperature.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the other spices as well. Chicken breasts should be rubbed well.
Place the cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves on a toasted Brioche bun, and then assemble the sandwich (if desired). Immediately serve after cooking.
