We all experience this wonderful feeling when we taste chocolate. On a sunny day, picture a thick, creamy, and icy chocolate shake in your mouth. Even if ordering from the shop every day can get pricey, you want to enjoy this shake all summer long.

Ingredients

  • Portillo's chocolate cake, cut into slices
  • Heavy cream for whipping
  • The flavor of vanilla ice cream is described as (as much as you would like)
  • Whole milk
  • Natural vanilla flavoring
  • Frosting made of melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Set your oven's temperature to 350.
  • Butter the pan, then sprinkle chocolate powder within.
  • In a bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients (cake mix and a spoonful of coffee). Add the liquid ingredients after combining, then blend on low speed for 30 seconds and high speed for 5 minutes.
  • Put your pan with the mixture inside.
  • Your cake will need about 30 minutes in the oven. To determine whether your cake is baked, prick the center. It can be taken out if the toothpick comes out clean.
  • Your cake should rest for around five minutes after being taken out of the oven.
  • The cake should be placed on a dish or rack to cool for an hour.
  • When it has cooled, frost and embellish your cake as you choose.
