This drink, which is standard at most upscale bars, gets its name from the melting pistachio ice cream that is served in a chilled Martini glass. In case you want to order it, Pistachio and Blue Curacao Martini are also referred to as Blue Moon at some establishments.

Ingredients
A bottle of Amaretto, 8 ounces
8 ounces Blue Curacao
8 ounces of Bailey's Cream Liqueur
Served in 4 chilled martini glasses
1/2 cup of ground rustic pistachios, for garnish
Instructions
The components should be placed in a shaker, and then the shaker should be filled with ice. Shake them vigorously for one to two minutes at the highest possible speed.
The ice should be filtered out of the cocktails before they are poured into the cooled Martini glasses.
To garnish the drink, either sprinkle some ground pistachio on top of it or wet the rim of your glass and dip it into the ground pistachio. You can do any of these two things.
In Martini glasses, serve the cocktails as they should be: crisp and cold. Have a good time with them!
