Boil 2 cups of water in a small saucepan.
Add 1 tablespoon of dried Turkey Tail mushrooms to the water and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer the mushrooms in the water for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a teapot or mug.
If desired, add honey or lemon to taste.
