Ingredients

Instructions

Air Fryer Method

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the cauliflower rice with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
  • Place the seasoned cauliflower rice in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower rice is tender and lightly browned.
  • Remove cauliflower rice from the air fryer. Just serve after slightly cooling.

Microwave Method

  • Place the cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl and cover it with a lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape.
  • Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, or until the cauliflower rice is tender, stirring once or twice during cooking.
  • Carefully remove it from the microwave and let it stand for a minute before serving.

Stove Method

  • Set heat to medium-high. Then use a frying pan or large skillet to heat the olive oil.
  • Add the cauliflower rice and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired tenderness.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices of your choice.
  • Steam and soften the cauliflower rice further. To do this cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Just serve after slight cool.
