Ingredients

  • Frozen french fries (as per your desired quantity)
  • Your preferred oil for cooking (vegetable, canola, or olive oil)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Optional Seasonings powder you like (garlic, paprika, or chili powder)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Typically, a temperature of 425°F (220°C) works well.
  • To prevent sticking line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use aluminum foil.
  • After that on a prepared baking sheet spread the frozen fries in a single layer.
  • Drizzle a small amount of cooking oil over the fries. Use enough oil to lightly coat them, but not so much that they become greasy.
  • Sprinkle salt evenly over the fries, adjusting the amount to suit your taste.
  • If desired, add additional seasonings of your choice, such as garlic powder, paprika, or chili powder. This step adds extra flavor to the fries.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven or air fryer and cook according to the package instructions, usually around 15-20 minutes. Ensure the browning of fries and keep flipping Flip the fries halfway through half cooking time.
  • Once the fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oven or air fryer using a spatula or tongs.
  • After cooling serve the fries along your favorite dish.
