Before you begin, set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the vegetable oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ones and stir until they are just combined together.
Gently fold in the chopped apples, walnuts, and raisins.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a loaf.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the Waldorf Bread to cool before slicing and serving.
