Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of prepared lobster
  • 1/2 cup of celery cut into small cubes
  • 5 teaspoons of unsalted butter
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh black pepper, just ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon of minced fresh dill, with more for presentation
  • 1/2 tsp. of finely chopped fresh parsley
  • In 1 lemon's juice
  • Six hot dog buns

Instructions

  • Cut lobster meat into 3/4-inch dice
  • Medium-high heat in a medium sautes skillet with 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Stirring continuously, simmer the lobster with the celery for two to three minutes, or until the lobster is heated through
  • Remove the lobster from the flames and stir in the parsley, dill, and half of the lemon juice
  • Cook the last 2 tablespoons of butter in a big saute pan
  • Then, brown the rolls for 2 minutes on each side over medium-high heat after toasting them on their sides
