Ingredients

  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • 1 egg
  • A Vanilla Extract, Half a teaspoon
  • One-fourth cup of Mochiko flour
  • The Equal Parts of Sugar (in a Cup)
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • The Equivalent of One-Fortieth of a teaspoon

Instructions

  • It's time to fire up the waffle maker
  • Combine the milk, egg, and vanilla in a medium bowl and stir. Mix ingredients together thoroughly with a whisk. Putting aside
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine Mochiko flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend ingredients together thoroughly via whisking
  • Combine wet and dry components. Get out your whisk and make sure everything gets mixed together evenly
  • Put some nonstick spray on the waffle maker. The waffle maker should hold around a half cup of batter. Bake till golden brown in 3–5 minutes
