Preheat and spray your waffle iron.
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Manually whisk egg whites in a medium basin to firm peaks. Reserve.
Mix egg yolks, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla essence in another medium bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients with the egg yolk mixture.
Fold in egg whites.
Place the batter onto the preheated waffle iron, and proceed to cook it in conformity with the directions provided by the manufacturer.
Serve with butter, syrup, and powdered sugar.
