Olive Garden Crispy Chicken Fritta Recipe

Ingredients

  • One-half pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • Three Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper black
  • A mixture of Italian Herbs and Spices
  • One-half cup of all-purpose flour
  • Tops of green onions, cut paper-thin

Instructions

  • Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a basin.
  • Next, add olive oil and stir until crumbly. Large breadcrumbs will SOG your Fritta.
  • If they're thick, slice them lengthwise. Then remove any superfluous fat or skin.
  • Overlap each piece to prevent drying during cooking. Tie kitchen twine to each breast so they cook together.
  • Next, preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Bake chicken for 20 minutes.

Notes

Bake chicken Fritta instead of frying. This reduces cooking oil and gives you more time to enjoy your food.
