Ingredients
16 ounces of ground pork
You'll need 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. dry parsley
1/4 teaspoon of ground dried sage
A pinch of dried thyme, a pinch of crushed red pepper, a pinch of ground coriander, a pinch of Accent (this is optional as it is MSG), and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Instructions
Coat the ground pork with spices and herbs.
Refrigerate the bowl for 15 minutes to combine the meat's flavors.
The beef patties can be made by rolling the seasoned meat into golf-ball-sized balls. They must be no more than half an inch thick.
In a skillet, heat the oil with two teaspoons. The sausage patties need about 5 minutes in the pan on each side to brown.
Serve it with scrambled eggs and roasted vegetables, or spread it on French toast with maple butter.
