Ingredients

  • 1 pound of sliced chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • In a Bowl, Whisk 2 Eggs
  • Bread Crumbs, One Cup
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
  • A Sprinkle of Salt & Pepper
  • Oil Olive, 2 Tablespoons

Instructions

  • The oven should be preheated to 400 degrees.
  • Prepare Chicken by slicing it Into Cutlets Very Thinly.
  • A Breading Station with Three Shallow Bowls should be set up. Add flour and season with salt and pepper in the first bowl. Beaten eggs can be added to the second bowl. Combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in the third bowl.
  • Chicken should be salted and peppered before being floured. After dipping, coat with a breadcrumb mixture.
  • Chicken should be placed on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, after drizzling with olive oil.
