(2 cups) all-purpose flour
Baking Powder, One Teaspoon
Baking soda, half a teaspoon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/2 cup of softened butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
Two ripe and mashed medium-sized bananas (about 1 cup)
A quarter of a cup of sour cream
Exactly one vanilla extract teaspoon
A cup of chopped, roasted walnuts
Instructions
Turn the oven temperature up to 350 degrees. In a larger basin, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set this mixture aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until the mixture is frothy and light. Beat in eggs. Bananas, vanilla extract, and sour cream should be beaten in until they are completely combined. Add flour mixture; beat until barely mixed. Stir in nuts.
Pour into a baking dish measuring 9 by 5 inches and sprayed with cooking spray. Baking time should be between 55 and 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Ten minutes of cooling time in the pan.
