Add the active dry yeast after warming the water.
When foamy, let this settle for 5 minutes.
Add honey, molasses, and vegetable oil to this.
Flour and salt should be put into the bowl of a stand mixer.
Add the liquid ingredients.
Knead the dough on low for five minutes with a dough hook attachment.
Take the dough by the spoonful and form it into a tight ball.
Put the ball back in, cover it, and give it two hours to rise.
On a counter, roll out the dough.
Set the oven to 450°F.
Divide the dough into six equal pieces (roughly 4 oz pieces)
Each piece of dough should be rolled into a 36-inch-long rope using damp hands. If necessary, keep lightly wetting your hands throughout the process (for traction)
The dough shouldn't snap if you pick up the ends and repeatedly slap it on the counter since it is strong.
Twist to form a pretzel shape, twice twisting the central twist (double a normal twist)
Put the ends of the pretzel under.
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spread out the pretzels.
8-minute baking.
Turn oven to broil and cook for two minutes, watching it carefully to prevent burning.
Combine the minced garlic clove with the 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Add butter and garlic with a brush, then top with parmesan.
Serve.
