Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour, one cup
  • Salt, one tablespoon
  • Celery salt, half a tablespoon
  • Freshly ground black pepper, one tablespoon
  • Dry mustard, one tablespoon
  • Paprika, two tablespoons
  • Garlic powder, one tablespoon
  • Onion powder, one tablespoon
  • Cayenne pepper, half a tablespoon
  • Thyme, one half teaspoon

  • Four boneless breast halves (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • Three eggs
  • Two tablespoons of Tabasco sauce
  • Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • Cajun Seasoned Flour, 1 cup
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/3 cup
  • Cajun seasoning, 1-1/2 tablespoons
  • Minced garlic, 3 tablespoons
  • Tabasco sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Vinegar, 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a bowl of medium size and mix well.
  • Whisk everything together to combine. Put it in a jar that has a good lid on it.

  • Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Tabasco, and vinegar should all be combined in a small bowl.
  • Chicken cubes should be thoroughly coated in the sauce before being added. After that, cover the dish and store it in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
  • Mix the ingredients together, then place the bowl aside. Set the oven's temperature to 400 degrees. In a small dish, softly beat the eggs.
  • Shake off excess marinade before removing the chicken. After evenly coating each cube with the egg mixture and the flour mixture, set aside.
