  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch thick fries.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss the fries in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
