Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the grill pan and place it in a baking dish.
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
Add onions and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken broth to the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the onion and mushroom mixture over the chicken.
Use a slice of Provolone cheese to top each chicken breast.
Bake the chicken for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot.
