Ingredients

  • 4 poultry breast pieces
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • half a cup of milk
  • 1 big egg
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Oil for frying
  • Toppings of pickle, lettuce, tomato, and cheese

Instructions

  • In order to marinate the chicken, mix equal parts pickle juice and water in a plastic bag. Put in the chicken breast halves and marinate for 30 minutes
  • Mix Chick-fil-A sauce ingredients in a bowl and reserve
  • Flour, sugar, paprika, pepper, chili powder, salt, and baking powder
  • Milk and egg should be combined in a separate bowl
  • In a big pot, add 2 to 3 cups of oil, and heat it to around 350 degrees F
  • Prepare the coating by dipping the chicken that has been marinated in the egg mixture and then coating it in the flour breading mixture. To "double-dip," redo the process with the same chicken tender, dipping it first into the egg mixture and then into the flour
  • Heat some oil in a skillet and fry the chicken for around three to four minutes per side. It needs to be taken out and dried on a paper towel
  • Put together a sandwich: Prepare toasted buns for sandwiches. Pull out the Chick-fil-A sauce and spread it evenly on both halves of the buns. Crispy chicken, melted cheese, and a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
