Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Use another bowl to mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay.
  • Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip and continue cooking until both sides turn golden brown.
  • Repeat until all the batter is used.
