In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Use another bowl to mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay.
Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip and continue cooking until both sides turn golden brown.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
