In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, minced onion, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Form the mixture into a ball and encase it in plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or until it's firm.
After chilling, roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans or almonds until it's evenly coated.
Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.
