Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or almonds

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, minced onion, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Form the mixture into a ball and encase it in plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or until it's firm.
  • After chilling, roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans or almonds until it's evenly coated.
  • Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.
