Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups shredded coconut
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Over medium heat melt the butter in a large saucepan. Stir in the granulated sugar, evaporated milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.
