Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Sweet Potatoes: Boil or steam the diced sweet potatoes until they are fork-tender. Drain and mash them using a potato masher.

Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease a baking dish and transfer the sweet potato mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until the soufflé is set and the top is golden brown.
