Ingredients

  • 4 Longjaw Mud Snapper fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried thyme, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the Longjaw Mud Snapper fillets in a baking dish and pour the mixture from the bowl over them. Ensure that the fillets are thoroughly coated with the marinade.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
