Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  • Whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  • Warm the mixture, stirring continuously until it gently simmers.
  • Take it off the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Stir in chopped green onions.
  • Move the sauce to a blender and blend until it becomes smooth.
  • Pour the sauce into an airtight container for storage.
