Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Apply a layer of grease and flour to your muffin tin, or use cupcake liners.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl, using a whisk.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted butter and buttermilk. Mix well.
Slowly incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until they are just mixed well. Be careful not to overmix.
Gently fold in the raisins.
Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
Allow the Miche Bombs to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
