In your large stockpot, combine the apple juice, apple cider, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the cinnamon sticks to the mixture. Simmer the liquid over medium heat, allowing the cinnamon to infuse for around 20 minutes.
Once the mixture cools down, add the 190-proof grain alcohol. Be cautious, as this alcohol is highly flammable.
Use a funnel and a piece of cheesecloth to strain the moonshine into mason jars. Seal the jars tightly with lids.
Allow your moonshine to mellow for a few weeks, if you can wait that long. The flavors will deepen and mellow over time.
