Ingredients

For the pizza crust

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup warm water

For the topping

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a round or rectangular shape, depending on your preference.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on the dough.
  • Crack the eggs onto the cheese, evenly spacing them.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled sausage, diced bell peppers, and chopped onions over the eggs.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
