Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Baguette slices or crusty bread, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Take the baking dish or escargot dishes and place a spoonful of the garlic butter mixture at the bottom of each dish.
  • Arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp on top of the butter mixture in a single layer.
  • Spoon more of the garlic butter mixture over each shrimp, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Place the baking dish or dishes in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • After cooking, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
