Ingredients

  • 12 whole chicken wings
  • 1 cup of your favorite stuffing (such as a mixture of cream cheese, spinach, and garlic)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and preheat it to start.
  • Prepare the Chicken Wings: Use kitchen shears to trim and debone the chicken wings, leaving the wingtip intact.
  • Season the Wings: Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the Wings: Take a spoonful of your chosen stuffing and fill each deboned wing with it. Secure the open end with cooking twine.
  • Brush with Olive Oil: Brush the stuffed wings with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.
  • Roast in the Oven: Place the stuffed wings on a baking sheet or oven-safe pan and roast for about 40 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve: Once done, remove the twine and serve your delicious stuffed chicken wings.
