Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pot or Dutch oven.
Add and sauté the diced onions until they become translucent.
Stir in the shredded chicken, pulled pork, diced potatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Boil the mixture and then reduce the heat to low.
Cover the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the pot add the frozen lima beans and corn kernels.
Cover the pot again and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Add salt and pepper to adjust the seasoning if needed.
