Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds.
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
Evenly distribute the mixture on the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Once cooled, mix in the dried fruits.
Store in an airtight container.
