Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine (750ml)
  • 1 cup blackberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Begin by washing the blackberries and slicing the orange and lemon thinly.
  • In the large pitcher, combine the red wine, blackberries, orange slices, lemon slices, brandy, and honey.
  • Stir the mixture gently with a wooden spoon, ensuring that the honey is well incorporated.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Shortly before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir it gently.
  • Fill wine glasses with ice cubes and pour the Carrabba Blackberry Sangria over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with a few extra blackberries.
