Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup hotdog, sliced
  • 1 cup ham, minced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (29 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 1 cup banana ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

Boil the Spaghetti

  • Boil salted water in a large pot.
  • Follow the package guidelines to cook the spaghetti until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce

  • In a deep skillet, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  • Stir in hotdogs and ham, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour in tomato sauce, tomato paste, banana ketchup, and water.
  • Season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Combine Ingredients

  • Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Pour in evaporated milk and mix well.
  • Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top, stirring until melted.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Dish out the Jollibee-style spaghetti onto plates.
