Ingredients

  • 2 large breasts of chicken (2)
  • Cream cheese in 8-ounce containers
  • Cup of shredded extra-sharp cheddar
  • You'll need one packet of dry Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste, 2 teaspoons
  • Taste salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Paprika for flavor and color.
  • 3 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees to bake (230 degrees Celsius)
  • Mix cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning
  • To evenly divide the chicken breasts, make a lengthwise cut through the middle of each breast using a sharp knife. Fill each chicken breast with half the mixture
  • Mix Paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the two breasts of the chicken
  • The chicken should be placed on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil
  • 30 minutes of cooking at 450°F (230°C). 74 degrees Celsius is excellent inside (165 degrees Fahrenheit)
