Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey London broil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper. This mixture will serve as your marinade.
  • Place the turkey London broil in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat. Now for at least 2 hours refrigerate it, or ideally overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the turkey on each side for 3-4 minutes until a golden-brown crust forms.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when tested with a meat thermometer.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
