FAQs

Can wings be baked rather than fried?

Absolutely. I learned to cook this recipe out of pure selfishness, but now I love it and make it frequently. I much enjoy baking and despise deep frying.

I also chose to forgo breading to make the wings low-carb, keto, and gluten-free. So, when putting them in the oven, I chose to season them. Surprise! Once they stepped from the oven, they were crispy, juicy, and absolutely unique.
