Ocean Spray Cranberry Bread Recipe

Whenever I want to make my holiday full of smell, I just use to make Ocean Spray Cranberry Bread which is my favorite and it makes my day.

In the winter, you can’t go wrong with a loaf of Ocean Spray Cranberry Bread, a tasty and tender fast bread. Toppings of tart cranberries and fresh orange juice are followed by a layer of orange glaze.

Equipment

  • Loaf pan
  • Small bowl
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Medium mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour of any kind
  • Baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of avocado oil or another vegetable oil
  • 1/2 a cup of raw cane sugar check supplementary material
  • 1/2 cup tangy cream cheese or thick Greek yogurt
  • A couple of eggs and a quarter of an orange’s worth of juice navel orange called cara cara
  • Citrus Zest, Measured Out to Be 1 Tsp.
  • The equivalent of one teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 cup cranberries, either fresh from Ocean Spray or frozen

Orange Glaze

  • One-fourth cup of powdered sugar
  • One Tablespoon of Pure Orange Juice
  • Possible use of orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Nonstick spray the loaf pan.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Ignore.
  4. Oil, sugar, sour cream, eggs, orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract. Whisk lump-free.
  5. Don’t over-mix dry ingredients.
  6. Add cranberries.
  7. Loaf pan batter.
  8. 52-55 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean. Glaze when cool.
  9. Powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest make a glaze. If desired, add extra juice. Smooth the glaze
  10. Over the bread using a spatula. Rigidify.
  11. Servify.
  12. Airtight containers keep leftovers for 4-5 days.

Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans. Mix in the cranberries.

Airtight for 4-5 days. Cool the loaf and place it in a freezer bag. Can be frozen for 3 months.
