  • A half cup of grated Parmesan (grated)
  • One-Fourth Cup Crumbs
  • Salt that has been cured and processed to be kosher (to taste)
  • Grinder-milled pepper (to taste)

  1. Set the oven’s temperature to 400 degrees. Butter should be used to grease a shallow 3-quart casserole pan.
